نحن في يلا باص نحترم خصوصيتك ونحمي بياناتك. نجمع الحدّ الأدنى فقط من المعلومات اللازمة لتقديم خدمة نقل الطلاب، ولا نشاركها مع أي طرف ثالث دون موافقتك.

البيانات التي نجمعها

رقم الهاتف

لتسجيل الدخول عبر رمز التحقق (OTP) وربط حسابك.

الموقع الجغرافي

لتحديد نقطة الركوب والوجهة، ولبثّ موقع الباص أثناء الرحلة فقط.

الكاميرا

لمسح رمز QR الخاص بتأكيد الدفع والرحلة فقط، دون تخزين صور.

الصور

عند اختيارك رفع صورة شخصية أو صورة مركبة من معرض الهاتف.

لا نبيع بياناتك

لا نبيع أو نؤجّر بياناتك لأي جهة تسويقية. تُستخدم بياناتك حصراً لتشغيل الرحلة وإشعاراتها والدعم الفني.

خدمات نعتمد عليها

نستخدم خدمات موثوقة لتشغيل بعض الوظائف الأساسية:

خرائط Google — لعرض الخريطة وحساب المسار Firebase — لإرسال إشعارات الرحلة والدفع

حقوقك

يمكنك طلب حذف حسابك وبياناتك بالكامل في أي وقت من إعدادات الحساب.
يمكنك تعديل بياناتك الشخصية من داخل التطبيق في أي وقت.
يمكنك إيقاف مشاركة موقعك بإنهاء الرحلة النشطة أو من إعدادات الهاتف.

شروط السلامة

سلامتك أولويتنا. تأكّد من اسم السائق ونوع المركبة قبل الركوب، والتزم بحزام الأمان طوال الرحلة. في حال أي طارئ تواصل مع الدعم الفني فوراً من داخل التطبيق. يخضع جميع السائقين للتحقق من الهوية قبل تفعيل حساباتهم.

At Yalla Bus, we respect your privacy and protect your data. We collect only the minimum information needed to run the student transportation service, and we never share it with any third party without your consent.

Data we collect

Phone number

To sign you in via one-time SMS code (OTP) and identify your account.

Location

To set pick-up/drop-off points, and to broadcast the bus location only during an active trip.

Camera

To scan a payment/trip QR code only — no images are stored.

Photos

Only when you choose to upload a profile or vehicle photo from your gallery.

We don't sell your data

We never sell or rent your data to marketers. It is used solely to operate the trip, its notifications, and support.

We use a small set of trusted services to power core features:

Google Maps — map display & routing Firebase — trip & payment notifications

Your rights

Request full deletion of your account and data anytime from account settings.
Edit your personal details in the app at any time.
Stop location sharing by ending the active trip or from phone settings.

Safety terms

Your safety is our priority. Confirm the driver's name and vehicle before boarding, and keep your seatbelt on throughout the trip. In an emergency, contact support immediately from inside the app. All drivers undergo identity verification before their accounts are activated.
